Chongqing Metropolitan Plaza is a large-scale comprehensive commercial project developed by Hutchison Whampoa in Chongqing. It is located in jiefangbei Pedestrian Street, the most prosperous financial, business and service center in Chongqing, with a total investment of RMB 2 billion.  The project covers an area of 18,717 square meters and a total area of 230,000 square meters, which is one of the landmark buildings in Chongqing. Building planning: it consists of a podium building and two towers. The podium has three floors underground and eight floors above ground, with a floor height of 33M and a building area of 150,000 square meters.  Two underground floors for parking, parking space 402.  Tower 1 is a five-star hotel with 33 floors, 136-65m in height and 30,500 square meters in construction area.  Building no. 2 has 34 floors, with a height of 144.7M and a construction area of 51,300 square meters. It is a senior commercial office building.  A music fountain is installed in the shopping mall to enrich the shopping mall and provide consumers with a new world of entertainment and leisure all day long.  

Commercial planning: the large shopping mall includes 25000 square meters of Pacific Department store, international brand stores, fashion clothing products, eye leather products, cosmetics, jewelry, audio-visual equipment, wedding photography, sporting goods, children's clothing and household appliances.  In addition, there are more Chinese and Western restaurants, restaurants, food court, cinema, ice skating rink, bowling alley, bar, disco, game centre and bank, etc., with a gross floor area of 150,000 square meters.
