It is one of the most commonly used materials for building heat preservation and sound absorption.  However, because the surface of centrifugal glass wool is not decorative, and there will be fibers scattered, so it must be concealed.  The construction process of glass wool insulation mainly includes the following aspects:  

  

1. Glass wool materials must have factory certificate and inspection report after entering the site, and can be installed after re-inspection.

3. 4, glass wool board installation

4) Glass wool board surface anchorage and surface treatment

5, system waterproof and special parts of the treatment

6. Quality requirements and guarantee measures

4) Requirements of system parts:

E. The ambient temperature of external thermal insulation construction shall not be less than 5℃, and construction shall be prohibited in windy weather and rainy weather above grade 5.  

 

F. Quality deviation requirements meet relevant regulations.  

  

7. Quality inspection  

 

All kinds of materials should be inspected before entering the site in addition to production license, product certificate, test report and other certificates, glass wool board should meet the requirements of GB/T17795-1999.  During the construction process, the project manager assigned special personnel to strengthen management.  In the construction of each sub-project after inspection, acceptance can be carried out after the next process.  Glass wool board shape should be smooth, no obvious expansion and contraction deformation, no oil stains and impurities.  The size and allowable error must meet the specification requirements.  When the external wall insulation materials enter the site, they should be accepted and re-inspected according to the relevant national and provincial standards for building materials.
